Our Church Structure
The Church Board is responsible for all the operations of the church, spiritual, social, and material on behalf of the congregation. It is composed of:
- The Minister
- Chair of the Board
- Co-Ordinating Team
- Worship and Education Team
- Finance, Property & Administration Team
- Membership & Congregational Engagement Team
- Communications & Outreach Team
- Ministry & Personnel Team
- Board of Trustees
The Co-Ordinating Team meet at 2 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month at the church.
The Annual Congregational Meeting is held on a Sunday in early February each year following the worship service and lunch.
We know the church is more than a building. In fact, the church is its people. We invite you to think about joining one of the committees that work to keep LUC growing and becoming a place where we live the message of Christ, both inside and out.
Please consider joining one of the five committees: Worship and Education; Communication and Outreach; Congregational Engagement; Finance and Property; Ministry and Personnel. Some of the committees have additional teams for specific jobs. For example, Social Fellowship is a team under Congregational Engagement. Pastoral Care and visiting is part of the Worship Committee. We have a place for you!
